Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description provided on our website.

To be eligible for a return:

  • • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
  • • The return request must be raised within the specified timeframe after delivery.

Please note that minor variations in color, weave, or texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Conditions for Return

  • • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags intact.
  • • Products that have been altered, washed, or used are not eligible for return.
  • • Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
  • • Return approval is subject to quality inspection upon receipt.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by us. In case of approved returns, reverse pickup may be arranged depending on service availability.
